These terms govern your use of M3M Resale, operated by M3M Resale. By using the site you accept them.

What this site is

M3M Resale lists resale residential property in M3M projects in Gurugram. We are a real estate agent. We are not a party to any sale, we do not hold money on behalf of buyers or sellers, and we do not act as an escrow.

Listing a property

By submitting a property you confirm that:

• You own it, or you are authorised by the owner to offer it for sale
• The details you give are accurate to the best of your knowledge
• You are not under any exclusive arrangement that prevents you listing it
• The mobile number you give is yours and you consent to being contacted on it

Every submission is reviewed before it appears publicly. We may edit a listing for accuracy or clarity, decline it, or remove it at any time — including where we cannot verify the details or reach you.

Listings expire after 30 days unless you confirm the property is still available. This is how we keep sold and withdrawn units off the site.

Enquiring about a property

Enquiries come to us and we contact you. Owner contact details are not published and are not passed on. We may decline to progress an enquiry.

Accuracy

We verify what we reasonably can — we speak to owners, check the unit details and sense-check asking prices against comparable transactions. We cannot guarantee that every detail is correct or current, and nothing on this site is a substitute for your own due diligence, legal advice or title verification before you transact.

Prices shown are asking prices unless explicitly labelled otherwise. They change, and they are exclusive of stamp duty, registration charges, builder transfer charges, taxes and any other costs.

Our fees

Listing a property is free. Where we introduce a buyer and a sale completes, brokerage is payable on terms agreed separately in writing before the transaction. Nothing on this site creates that agreement by itself.

Acceptable use

You may not:

• Scrape, copy or republish listings or price data without written permission
• Submit listings for property you have no right to offer
• Submit false details, or another person's phone number
• Attempt to interfere with the site or gain unauthorised access to it
• Use the site to solicit our sellers or buyers for a competing service

Our content

The text, photographs, price data and design on this site belong to M3M Resale unless stated otherwise. Photographs you upload remain yours; by uploading them you give us permission to use them to market your property.

Liability

We provide this site in good faith. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from decisions you make based on information here, from a transaction you enter into, or from the site being unavailable.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Gurugram, Haryana have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed. Continuing to use the site means you accept the updated terms.
