Our verification process
How we verify every M3M resale listing.
A large portal lists whatever is submitted. We do the opposite: nothing is published until we have spoken to the owner, and nothing stays up once it goes stale. Here is exactly what that means, step by step.
We speak to the owner before it goes live
Every listing starts with a conversation. We confirm the unit exists, that it is genuinely for resale, and that the asking price is real — not a number put up to attract calls. Only then is it published. A listing nobody has checked is not a listing; it is a lead form pretending to be one.
Every listing carries the date we last confirmed it
Look for the “Verified with the owner on…” line on each unit. That date is not decoration — it is the day we last spoke to the owner. If it is recent, what you are looking at is real today, not three months ago.
We re-check every 30 days
A listing expires unless the owner confirms it is still available. The cost is that our count is lower than a portal's — and that is the point. A smaller set of true listings is worth more than a large set of stale ones. Sold and withdrawn units come down; nothing sold-out is left up to waste your time.
We check the price, and never inflate it
Asking prices are checked against what comparable units in the same project are actually transacting at. Where we have enough transactions to be meaningful, we publish price ranges by project and configuration — aggregates only. Individual sale prices are never published, and where we do not have the data we say so rather than filling the gap with a guess.
Your number is never shared
When you enquire, the message comes to us — never to the owner directly. Your number is not shown to sellers or passed to anyone. You deal with one point of contact, and your details stay with us.
Found something wrong? Tell us
We are not infallible, and a resale market moves daily. If anything on a page is out of date or incorrect — a price, an availability, a specification — tell us and we will correct it or take it down the same day. Accuracy is the whole promise; we would rather you flag it than quietly lose trust.
